nuvotv announced that it has picked up eight additional episodes of “Mario Lopez: One-On-One,” which features Extra! correspondent and The X Factor host Lopez’s exclusive and intimate interviews with influential Latinos. First up are two new premieres: comedian George Lopez on November 29 and music moguls Gloria and Emilio Estefan on December 7. The series is currently in production on the remaining episodes; future celebrity interviews will be announced shortly.
The network also announced that it is partnering with DISH Network on a major national promotion supporting the original hit series. The multi-tiered partnership, running from November 7-December 5, will provide DISH’s 14 million subscribers access to a wealth of co-branded content including episode previews, DISH YouTube bonus clips, a behind-the-scenes Blockbuster Channel interview with Mario Lopez and an all-expense paid Hollywood vacation sweepstakes through DISH Perks. Full episodes and bonus clips will also be available in HD on DISH video-on-demand.
